Upgrade Decisions: One Answer Doesn't Fit

I run procurement at a 210-person automotive components supplier. I've spent about eight years comparing vendor quotes and tracking invoices. It is figuring out which of four decision branches you are in.
Branch 1: Replace the Worn Part, Not the Whole System
